This Policy explains how bw166 Services LLC (“MarketPour”) collects, uses, and shares personal information across our websites and Services, including PourLabel and our analytics and database products.
What you provide: your name, business email, company, role, billing details (Stripe handles these — we keep only limited card metadata, like the last four digits), and anything you send us through support.
What we collect automatically: your IP address, device and browser data, usage and log data, and cookie identifiers (see §6).
What we get from third parties: payment confirmations from Stripe, plus enrichment or industry-role data where relevant.
We use your information to provide and bill the Services, sign you in, deliver reports and search, help you when you need support, keep the platform secure and make it better, send you service messages and — where consent is required — marketing, and meet our legal obligations.
We don’t sell personal information. We share it with sub-processors who work for us under contract — including, among others, Amazon Web Services (hosting and infrastructure), Stripe (payments), Google Analytics 4 (usage analytics, consent-gated), Sentry (error monitoring), and our email, CRM, and customer-support providers. We may bring on additional service providers as we need them to run, secure, and improve the Services, and we’ll keep this list current. We may also share information to comply with the law or as part of a corporate transaction.
MarketPour is a US-based company, and we process your information in the United States. We don’t target or offer the Services to individuals in the EEA or UK. If that changes, we’ll update this Policy and put an appropriate transfer mechanism in place.
We use strictly necessary cookies (always on — for authentication, security, and your billing session) and, only with your consent, analytics cookies (GA4) and any marketing cookies. You control these through our consent banner and can change your preferences anytime. Our standalone Cookie Policy has the full table.
We keep account and billing data for as long as your account is active, plus however long we need it for tax and legal reasons. Analytics data follows our GA4 retention setting, and we keep support data as long as we need it to resolve your issues.
We protect your data with TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and payment tokenization (so no full card data sits on our servers). If a breach affects you, we’ll let you know without undue delay, as the law requires.
California (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know, delete, and correct your information, to opt out of its “sale” or “sharing” (we don’t sell), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.

The Services aren’t meant for anyone under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
When we update this Policy, we’ll post the changes here and revise the “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we’ll let you know.
